We started with one question

Why is it so hard to find out what is actually in a product, and whether the active ingredient is present at a level that does anything? GRACE began in 2021 as an answer to that. Every product page on this site lists the full ingredient deck and, where an active matters, its percentage.

How we formulate

We work with two contract laboratories in Maharashtra and Gujarat, both ISO 22716 certified. A formula goes through six months of stability testing before it reaches this shop, and every batch is tested for microbial load and heavy metals before release.

• No animal testing. Not by us, and not by anyone we pay to test on our behalf.
• Fragrance is declared. If a product is scented, the allergens are listed individually.
• Honest concentrations. If an active is at 0.1%, we say 0.1% rather than calling it a hero ingredient.

Who we are

We are a team of fourteen: four cosmetic chemists, a regulatory lead, and a small customer care team who answer every message themselves. There is no call centre and no chatbot.
